Cooler Master presented a unique graphics card cooling solution at CES 2024. The company introduced it as a next-generation cooling design that can replace the triple graphics card. Titled Project VGA Cooler , this is another solution with dual Mobius fans from the company. Many people buy triple fan models because of their higher cooling capacity. However, according to Cooler Master, its two-fan solution provides excellent noise levels and better airflow. The ASUS TUF series graphics card has been separated with a triple fan design. Then, this new GPU cooler prototype was installed by CM on the graphics card as shown at CES 2024. Is this something you should install on your GPU instead of the triple fan setup it already has? That's exactly what Cooler Master wants people to do.
Post-GPU headers Fax Lists have existed before, such as Arctic's Extreme III. These types of products could make a comeback, and Cooler Master's VGA Cooler project that was unveiled at CES 2024 certainly got me excited. a prototype of the vga gpu cooler project was demonstrated by cooler master at ces 2024 Note: Tom Equipment Cooler Master's Project Master VGA Cooler may not be as efficient in providing high cooling capacity compared to the beefy heatsinks that many manufacturers offer today. The best designs from manufacturers such as Asus with the 'Strix' series, Gigabyte with the 'Aorus Master' edition and the Maxsun 5 fan RTX 4090 are some high-end AIB cards with excellent cooling capabilities. However, this Project VGA cooler by CM, featuring two Mobius fans, can serve as an excellent GPU cooler upgrade for many cards.
Personally, I'm using an RTX 3080 Ti (ASUS Turbo), which is a fan card I bought to build a mini-ITX. It has a single fan and vapor chamber and is extremely loud, but it cools the 350W GPU without any problems in the dual-slot graphics card form factor. If I were to replace my graphics card cooler and use it in a full ATX widescreen system, this Cooler Master Project VGA Cooler Prototype with Mobius Fans would definitely be top of the line. CM offers Mobius fans as a product that you can purchase and add to your computer case. The brand did not detail the actual cooling capacity of the Project VGA Cooler, which features two Mobius fans. But given that the company is targeting triple fan designs, I expect that in its current state, it can support up to 250-300 watts of cooling. Third party GPU headers are cool and I want them on the market! Hopefully, Cooler Master can bring this prototype to market soon.
